Alien Explanation
If an alien came down to Earth from another planet
he would probably be very confused by a lot of things he would find here. Look
around your house. There are a lot of things in your house that would confuse
an alien. You probably take a lot of these things for granted. Things like a
television, a games console, a computer, a vacuum cleaner, and a washing machine
would probably be unknown to the alien.
Imagine an alien did land on Earth and that you made
friends with it. Choose an item from the list above, or use an idea of your
own, and explain what it is to the
alien. Write your explanation down. Think about what the thing is used for, how
you use it and how it works.
Remember to read through your work carefully before
you post and check for spelling and punctuation errors.

Dear Alien, my name is Alison. Today I am going to teach you about a fridge. It is a silver colour big box which works with electricity. When you open my fridge a light turns on. A fridge and freezer are good to keep food fresh, because the temperature is low. On the door on the inside of the fridge are shelves. Also at the bottom of the fridge there is drawer to keep vegetables fresh. In the freezer I keep ice-cream,frozen peas,frozen meat and chips. Also in my fridge is good for putting magnets on.On the freezer door from the outside I have a water dispenser. When you put a glass in it pours you water.
ReplyDeleteTo Alien, I am called Callum. I will explain what a washing machine is. It is something that can clean clothes, bedsheets and pillow cases automatically but you have to buy detergent and put it in a soap dispenser drawer. Swich it on. Select a program wash. Then press start.

You need to have a remote controler then you need to turn on the TV, choose the channel the alien film on moon the numer is 92 then sit on the chair and then watch the alien news. I always ask my mum for popcorn when I am watching my favorite film, you can do the same if you want to. In TV they might be some programs wchich you will be interested in. Have nice time watching TV.

Dear alien, this game console is called Xbox one. It is used for playing games by my self or with friends. We insert a shiny games disc into the drive and then we use two hand held consoles to play. Each button does a different part in the game. It also has a sensor which is really cool as it picks up motion.

ReplyDeleteMy name is Karol. I am writing to you from Earth. I've heard you are planning to visit our planet.I will teach you how to use something what is very important in our kitchen. It is called a blender. We use it to blend soups, sauces, smoothies or even crush ice for our iced tea. It is usually white, black or silver. The one we've got is white and grey.
Today I'll describe how to use it to prepare healthy smoothie.
You will need fruits or some vegetables for eg: strawberries, berries, raspberries, blueberries, bannanas, spinach and kale. You also need some water or for eg. coconut milk.
Firstly you put all your ingredients into the blender. Then you need to make sure the blender is covered. This is very important!Otherwise all your fruits will explode all over you kitchen. It happened to my mum once.
Next you plag in your blender. and you turn it on.
Wait until all ingredients are mixed and smooth.
Then pour your smoothie in a jar with a straw and enjoy your healthy drink.
I hope my instruction will make your stay on Earth a little bit easier.

An iPhone is a type of phone. A phone is a gadget which helps you with a lot of stuff, for example you can play games on it. Maybe if you can get it to work you can do some homework on it. You can also message someone or call them. If you want you can take lots of pictures and use all your storage. You have to charge it with electricity and when it says battery low stop what you are doing and put it on charge and it can be used later. Having a phone is very important like if you are in danger you can call someone.

• Secondly pick up the controller which has two lumps on the bottom and lots of buttons.
• Third push the button that looks like the first one you pressed.
• Now search for a game by moving the black circle.
• Once you have decided tap the button that looks like this A.
• Scroll with the black circle to tutorial press A.
• Do as it says to learn how to play.
• Scroll to play tap A twice to play.

Hello my name is Sheza. I understand that you come from space and creatures from space might not understand how our things work. Computers are too help you do your work or homework. I will help you understand how a computer works. It’s easy. Firstly you must find a big box with wires called a CPU. Next look for a circular or rectangular button. Then press it. After two minutes your computer will turn on. This is how to make your computer work but if you want to know how the keyboard and mouse work then I suggest you read on! Right now I will explain to you how the mouse works. So first on you left side is a button if you press it will allow you to write. Now I will tell you how to use a keyboard. If you press a letter key the letter will turn up on the screen. If you press a number it will turn up on the screen. If you press caps lock your writing that you started to write after you pressed caps lock would be in capitals. If you press control A then your whole work will become highlighted. If you press control H it will show you what you have done. I will tell one more trick. If you press shift while pressing a number with a little symbol on the number will turn into the symbol. Hello my name is called Armaan. This is a TV. A TV is an object which you can watch things on. The first step is to plug it to the mains. Then, you press the “on” button to switch the TV on. You would know what the “on” button is because the button would have a symbol on it. The symbol would be a circle with a line halfway through it. If you press the “on” button the TV would turn on. Now you can watch which ever channel you like.

Last year I wrote an letter to my friend Alien and he lives in planet Mars. His name is called Dozen and he is very friendly and not harmful at all .
ReplyDeleteToday finally I got replay from him regarding that he is coming to visit me and my family on planet Earth .I explained in my letter about everything, but I forgot to explain what is bath is and what is used for.
So my plan is meet and greet him and offer him a tasty dinner after he will be fat and full and he may relax but I will offer him a hot bath with bubbles. We all use a bath full of water to clean ourselves and to feel fresh. You need to use shampoo to wash hair and bodywash to wash the rest of the body. Hope he will enjoy staying in our house. I can't wait to see him!

An alien came to my home one day and asked "what's that ticking noise?" I said "it's a Clock ". He said "what's a Clock? "So I explained that a clock is something that helps you to not be late for school or work. I also explained that there is a minute hand and an hour hand and when the long minute hand goes all the way around that means an hour has passed.
