In literacy we have been learning the story of Brave Roland. As part of `Art Week` we also animated the story for a short stop motion film.
We will be continuing to use this story as a basis for our literacy for the next few weeks so it would be good if the children could retell the story verbally.
Ask your child to retell the story to you and sign the slip at the bottom of the sheet to say when they have done this.

You also need to make sure you have learnt your words for the Purim assembly which will be on Thursday 1st March.

• say the word
• copy the word in first space
• cover the words and try to write it from memory
• check to see if they are right

This week your spellings all contain prefixes. Think about how the meaning of the root word changes.
