  1. Mayans

    Where did the Mayans live?
The Mayans lived in many different country's and they are:
    Southern Mexico,
    Central America,
    Guatemala,
    Belize Honduras and
    Salvador.

What did the Mayans use to transport on?
The Mayans used two ways to transport they used a type of boat called a canoes which we use today for boat racing. the other way was by there slaves the slaves would of have to carry there master back and forth just by walking, the slaves would of have to know where to go.

    How did Mayans communicate?
Mayans communicated in lots of different ways for example:
    written langwhich
    spoken langwhich
    numbers
    units
    alphabet's
    calanders
They also drew pictures to represent letters.

What would it have been like to live in the Mayan times?
It was very hard work for women and men, mainly because they were working all the time. Women would stay home sew, cook and clean, while the men would be out farming. It was even harder for the children as they would have nothing to do all day, because they did not have school, no homework or learn. So the children would have to help the adults with the farming, cooking and cleaning. It would be have been hard for children, women and men.
