and division. Maths homework will be posted on the Mathletics website. Please

In ICT we have been designing our own educational games using
a programme called Scratch. This week we want you to think about any games that
you already play, for example on Mathletics.

I like the game with i made up.
ReplyDelete1 There are two dieces and two people.
2 First person rolls the dice,then the second person rolls the dice and whoever gets the bigger numer multiplyies it by the smaller numer.(Eg 5x3 =15)
3 Both players have to take ten turns each and up all your scores.
4The person with the bigger numer at the end wins.
This game is educational and helps me learn my times tables.

Letter soup is a game were you have to guess what the word is. It can also has different languages!!!
why do I enjoy playing them?
I enjoy playing it because it teaches me different languages and it helps me to spell.

I learn how to spell and different languages.
Do I have any other ideas for my own educational game?
my idea is to do a under water game and two divers are going to race across the screen with there time table test.
Most of the time when I am bored I go onto mathletics and play online with other people in the school or around the world and play the times table game. Since, that game is related to times tables thats how I know all my times tables 1 to 12. I think that game is very educational because it has helped me learn all my times tables!

ReplyDeleteOverwatch is a game that you have weapons and you fight with them to lower your opponent’s health and kill the opponent for time to move a car or capture a point. I learnt that with great power comes great responsibility. I get an idea of an educational game where you have to answer math questions, to lower your opponent’s health if you get one wrong your health is lowered if your health runs out you lose if your opponent’s health runs out you win.
My favourite mathletics game.

Forzer Horizon 2 because you can find out what upgrades that you can do and that you can learn the things that you don't know about the car. It is about cars and that you can challenge other people and if you by this thing called Xbox Live you can tack to people. I learnt from that game was that I learnt that in the car that there are different types of things that are so important for the car that if put on big spoilers and put on big body kits on the car it is called ricing.
My favourite game is:
ReplyDeleteFortnite battle royal..... it's a game where you start in a prison bus and your flying and you gave to jump out of the prison bus.When your in the sky you have a parachute so that you don't die.When you land you have to go into houses and try and find stuff like guns,medical kits,wood and metal.I learnt that in life some stuff is hard but you should never give up trying.
I have an idea of an educational game, that when you try to open chests you have to answer maths questions to open it and if you want your parachute to work you have to answer 3 maths questions and the first one to get all the maths questions right wins.
Hill Climb Racing2 is my favourite.

I learn to add and subtract and learn big numbers
My idea is to have a word game. You have make a word from all the letters you get given and you have to do it within a timer.

I don't play any online games apart of mathletics for the past one year 😩,because my mum is not letting me anymore.
ReplyDeleteOn my iPad there is one program called Siri if you press the home button twice he will appear immediately. You can ask him all sort of questions , and he will always answer you with information. Sometimes I ask him silly questions and he answer in a funny way. He is a funny electronic thing it makes a useful gadget.
🤔 I'd like to create future SPYWATCH with electronic program called "Answer to my questions". 🤓
MY FAVOURITE GAME
ReplyDeleteMy favourite game is called subway surfers. This game is set in a subway and is played by jumping over hurdles, trains and rolling under even bigger hurdles and much more. I enjoy playing this game because if you are very good the game goes quite fast. You can play subway surfer on a smart phone, Ipad or computer.
HOW TO PLAY
1. First, click on the start button.
2. As soon as you start, the player starts running.
3. If you see any hurdles, you pull your finger up to jump over the hurdle.
4. You move your finger left or right to move the player in that direction.
5. If you want to roll under a hurdle you have to swipe your finger downwards.
6. You score points by collecting coins and other things like mystery boxes and bouncy sneakers on your way.
7. If you crash into something, the game ends.
TOP TIPS
If you die and you want to carry on, you need a key. The game shows you how many keys you have on the home screen. I try not to use keys but store them so that we can get something really cool after collecting 25 keys.
When you are running you should notice that there are coins to collect to get other cool stuff like new characters and hover boards. Hover boards can help you a lot in this game. Then if you tap the screen five to six times you will see your character on a hover board and if you crash into something your hover board will be destroyed but you will still be running.
By the way if you crash the game is over. In the end you get your scores and you can also see what place you are 1st, 2nd or 3rd …

My favourite game is animal crossing: Lets go to the city on the Nintendo Wii because I enjoy catching fish, bugs and fossils that help me fill up the museum. I also like making money in game and deigning my character and making my house larger.
